Our Village suggested that our extremely high water bills may be due to leaky toilets. So we contacted Black Diamond to check our plumbing, and they sent Luis over. Luis discovered that 3 of 4 toilets did indeed leak, and he fixed them all in the same afternoon. Personable and professional, Luis took us through the process and explained as to why there were leaks, all the while expertly fixing the leakages. Black Diamond is fortunate to have an employee as dedicated as Luis. They should view him as an asset to their company.

Experienced technician. I also asked him to see if he could repair the humidifier but it was not economical to do so for a furnace this old. That caused the service price to go up but not by an unreasonable amount

I called to diagnose what I thought was a water leak with air conditioner. Nick the tech was so thorough, checking the entire system only to find it was a hole in my sump pump hose. He was super nice, he call to have a plumbing tech come give us a quote on a new sump pump. Every thing squared away in one day at a nice price! Super happy with the service. Thanks!
